I call this the panic recipes section because I often end up with tons of vegetables/ fruits/ meats/ you name its (I don’t really know how it happens), and then find myself in a panic as to what to do with the stuff so it’s not wasted. I have a few go-to pages to help me work through this, and they never let me down. You’ve got 15 courgettes (zucchini for my ‘mericans), a big slab of ham, 3 pears, and a wrinkly pepper? Calm yourself, and check out the pages below.
By the way, all of these are mobile enabled in case you’re too panicky to shlep your laptop down to the kitchen, make space on the worktop, find the charger, find space in your extension to plug in the laptop charger, make sure you remove all half empty coffee cups so you or your cat don’t spill the dregs on your laptop… deep breath.
